After sourcing a new coffee roasting it for a first time might be challenging, and not always we hit asweet spot first try. Some times we have a left over of green coffee which volume is to small to roast it with our machine. In all those cases it’s still perfectly good quality coffee, in order not to waste it we created a Moon Phase – coffees in this blend will change just like phases of the moon ????????
