Purposes of data processing by us:
- Provision of relevant information and direct marketing – Cofmos has a legitimate interest to inform its customers about the innovations introduced, offered goods or services, promotions, changes in operations. - Customer registration. You can shop on our Website both after registering and creating your account, and without registration. We will process the data necessary for the creation and administration of the user account on the legal basis of our legitimate interest, i.e. in order to get to know your customer and create a circle of loyal customers. You have the right to object to such processing of personal data by naming your violated rights. For those who shop without registration, we will ask to provide the data that is necessary to process the order and the purchase contract, thus, we will process this data on the legal basis of contract execution. Account data will be stored for 5 (five) years from the last active actions performed by the person on the website (login, registration and/or other active actions). Data on the purchases made are provided in the account and will be stored for at least 5 years.
- Conclusion and execution of the purchase contract. For this purpose, we ask you to provide your full name, exact address and delivery address (if different), contact details (phone number, e-mail address), as well as additional notes regarding the delivery of the order. When you pay for the goods, Cofmos will also receive your payment information (payer, bank account, bank name). All personal data obtained within order placement procedure will be processed in order to conclude and fulfil an online purchase and sale contract with you and will be stored for 10 (ten) years from your last purchase on our Website. You must provide data for this purpose, otherwise we will not be able to provide you with the opportunity to shop on the Website.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the Website. For this purpose, we process your personal data with a legal interest in monitoring the quality of our web services, creating and improving the content we provide, and ensuring the smooth operation and security of the Website.
